Check for damage such as splitting, cracks, or termites so that these issues do not worsen into the upcoming months. A simple check can save you a significant amount of stress and money surrounding repairs. By inspecting for damage early, you may also be able to take advantage of the better weather for repairs in the cooler months of fall.
Remove Debris from the Exterior
Although it may seem harmless, debris such as rotting leaves and fallen branches can negatively affect your structure if left there throughout the season. Rotting leaves, especially those that are holding moisture, can lead to mold growth on your structure if left on the roof or floor of your gazebo over time.
