“Just wanted to contact you to tell you how impressed I am with your repair services. About two weeks ago, I called and requested a repair when about six slats blew out of my privacy fence during a recent windstorm. The repair man (John) showed up when expected and repaired the fence. However he needed to replace post caps. He came back in a couple of days and installed the new caps. After completing the job requested, he then inspected my fence all around to see if there was anything else to repair. He found some of the ground had shifted (after the initial installation) and did everything he could to level the fence affected.
